Rattlers Offense Pulls Away Late in Cedar Rapids

April 24, 2025 - CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers offense came to life on Thursday night to defeat the Cedar Rapids Kernels 13-5 at Veterans Memorial Stadium. Wisconsin broke a 4-4 tie with two runs in the eighth and tacked on seven in the ninth to earn their first win of the series against the Kernels. April 24, 2025 - Davenport, Iowa - Hunter Patteson twirled 6.2-scoreless innings for the River Bandits Thursday, as Quad Cities completed its Minor League Baseball-best fifth shutout win in a 5-0 victory over the Peoria Chiefs. April 24, 2025 - EASTLAKE, Ohio. - Great Lakes Loons (10-8) pitching was sensational, striking out 11 Lake County Captains (10-8) in a 3-1 win on a 72-degree partly cloudy Thursday night at Classic Auto Group Park. - Patrick Copen struck out seven Captains batters and stranded five runners. April 24, 2025 - SOUTH BEND, Ind. - One infield single. That's all the South Bend Cubs could muster in the Sky Carp's 3-0 victory Thursday night in South Bend. The Cubs were held hitless by a trio of Carp hurlers before Cristian Hernandez, working against new pitcher Will Kempner, led off the ninth inning with a chopper to the left side of the infield.
