April 24, 2025 - Rockland County, NY - The New York Boulders selected two right-handed pitchers in today's Frontier League Draft, hosted by the Windy City ThunderBolts. The team chose Clifton, NJ native and Paramus Catholic High School graduate Matt Goehrig with the 13th overall pick in the first round, then opted for former Western Kentucky University Hilltopper Wil Moritz in round two.

April 23, 2025 - KINSTON, North Carolina - The Bird Dawgs made three selections in the Frontier League Draft on Wednesday. The draft followed the two-day Frontier League Tryout Camp, held at Ozinga Field in Crestwood, Illinois-home of the Windy City ThunderBolts. Along with managers from all 18 Frontier League clubs, scouts and members from several MLB teams and other independent leagues were also present. In addition to the draft picks, the Bird Dawgs have also signed RHP TJ Czyz earlier this week.

April 23, 2025 - WASHINGTON, Pa. - The Washington Wild Things selected two pitchers, one righty and one lefty, in today's Frontier League Draft, which was hosted by the Windy City ThunderBolts. The team picked righty Nick McClanahan in the first round with the final overall pick of the 18-pick round. The club then grabbed left hander Jake Carroll in the second round.
McClanahan, a Union, Kentucky native, pitched for two different independent clubs in 2024. He worked 15 games for the Rocky Mountain Vibes in the Pioneer League and totaled 1... Full Story
