Elks Ink Eyabi DL Okie-Anoma and OL Tairiq Stewart
May 16, 2024 - EDMONTON - The Edmonton Elks have signed Americans Eyabi Okie-Anoma (DL) and Tairiq Stewart (OL), the club announced Thursday. Okie-Anoma appeared in 10 games for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte as a graduate student in 2023. The six-foot-five lineman earned All-American Athletic Conference Second Team honours after leading the team in tackles-for-loss (11) and sacks (5.5), while serving as a team captain. Lions Add Former Barton College Standout RB Jordan Terrell
May 16, 2024 - (Kamloops)- The BC Lions today announced the signing of American running back Jordan Terrell to the training camp roster. Terrell (5'10, 210 lbs)- the North Carolina native suited up in 37 games at Barton from 2020-23, racking up 5,487 yards and 44 touchdowns on 969 carries. A 2023 All-American and two-time All-South Atlantic Conference recipient, Jordan rushed for a school record 403 yards in a 2023 win over Erksine. May 15, 2024 - EDMONTON - The Edmonton Elks have released Americans Donovan Olumba (DB), Emeke Egbule (DL), Keyshon Camp (DL), Danny Davis (WR), and TJ Storment (OL), the club announced Wednesday. Olumba appeared in five games over the last two seasons after signing with the Green and Gold in September of 2022. The 28-year-old registered three defensive tackles in three games last season.
