Barracuda Resign Forward Anthony Vincent

May 16, 2024 - San Jose, CA - The San Jose Barracuda (@SJBarracuda), proud AHL (@TheAHL) affiliate of the San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks), and general manager Joe Will announced today that the team has resigned forward Anthony Vincent to an AHL contract for the 2024-25 season. Per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. Vincent, 26, just wrapped up his first professional season with the Barracuda, posting six points (two goals, four assists), and 29 penalty minutes in 21 games. Santtu Kinnunen Embraces New Role on Charlotte Blue Line

May 16, 2024 - Santtu Kinnunen didn't start his sophomore season on the right foot - at least to his lofty standards. "It didn't go as I wanted to at first," said Kinnunen. "I had some tough times." The 25-year-old persevered, though, and it ultimately paid off. "I think I built up my game towards the end of the season - especially playoffs," he said. Wilmer Skoog Rewarded for Red-Hot Goal-Scoring Run

May 16, 2024 - Wilmer Skoog scored his first AHL goal on Jan. 7. In the moment it was a nice story for a rookie forward on an AHL contract who had spent nearly the whole two previous months in the ECHL. In retrospect, it was the spark that ignited one of the most impressive goal-scoring runs in the AHL. "When I scored that first one I was just really happy at first," said Skoog. Tonight, the Wolf Pack will visit the regular-season champion Hershey Bears for Game 1 of the 2024 Atlantic Division Finals at the Giant Center.
