Monsters Claim Game 1 with 4-3 Overtime Win over Marlies

April 24, 2025 - CLEVELAND - The Cleveland Monsters beat the Toronto Marlies 4-3 on Thursday night at Rocket Arena. With the win, the Monsters lead the North Division First Round best-of-three series 1-0. The Marlies struck first with a goal from Alex Nylander at 6:30, but Denton Mateychuk responded with a tally at 7:48 assisted by Rocco Grimaldi and Madison Bowey tying the game 1-1 after 20 minutes. Blackhawks Assign Dach to Rockford

April 24, 2025 - The Chicago Blackhawks today announced that the team has assigned forward Colton Dach to the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League. Dach, 22, made his NHL debut with the Blackhawks during the 2024-25 campaign, registering seven points (2G, 5A) in 25 games. He also skated in 33 games with Rockford this season, ranking fifth on the club with 12 goals and posting 26 points (12G, 14A). Home Opener for 2025-26 Season Set

April 24, 2025 - Milwaukee, WI - The Milwaukee Admirals announced today that their home opener for the 2025-26 season will be on Saturday, October 18th at Panther Arena. In addition, the team also announced five more dates that will be home games for the team next year. Justin Hryckowian Named AHL's Most Outstanding Rookie

April 24, 2025 - SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Texas Stars forward Justin Hryckowian has been named the winner of the Dudley (Red) Garrett Memorial Award as the AHL's Most Outstanding Rookie, the league announced Thursday. The award was voted on by players, coaches and media throughout the AHL. Hryckowian, 24, compiled 60 points (22-38=60) in 67 games for Texas during his first professional season, including five power play goals, 13 power play assists, two game-winning goals and a +15 rating.
