EUGENE, OR - The Eugene Emeralds Baseball Club, Northwest League Affiliate of the San Diego Padres, announced that individual game tickets will go on sale May 4th at 10:00am. The PK Park box office will be open from 10:00am-2:00pm for the first opportunity to purchase tickets for individual games including Opening Day and July 3rd. The Ems will be grilling hot dogs to give away FREE with each ticket purchase. The first 200 fans to purchase tickets will also receive a sample of the Ems new Voodoo Doughnut Bacon Maple Brat.
The Emeralds will also be giving away bobbleheads, lunch boxes and super hero capes for fans that sign up for the Ems email newsletter "The 'Squatch Watch".
Fans are encouraged to bring their bats and gloves to take part in live batting practice on the field. Bring the whole family to enjoy three inflatable bounce houses, a giant inflatable Sluggo, and balloon animals all free of charge. New Emeralds merchandise will also be available for sale including shirts, hoodies and New Era caps.
The event will also be the first opportunity for season ticket and mini-plan holders to pick up their 2013 tickets and parking passes.
