Additionally, in accordance with an NBA G League mandate:

-

Fans seated within 15 feet of the court, the back of the player benches or scorer's table must show either proof of vaccination or a negative test taken within 48 hours of the game. -

Those fans sitting in the front row on any side of the court or within 15 feet of the benches or scorer's table will be required to wear facemasks at all times, except when actively eating or drinking. -

Fans age 12 and older seated outside of the areas listed above are encouraged to wear a face mask, but it is not mandatory.

The team finished their last season played in Salt Lake City (2019-20) with a 30-12 record, the most wins in a single season in Salt Lake City team history and won the first-ever MGM Resorts NBA G League Winter Showcase Tournament.

The Stars of today may become the Jazz of tomorrow. Eleven of the 17 players on the final 2020-21 Utah Jazz roster, including Rudy Gobert, Jordan Clarkson and Royce O'Neale had NBA G League experience.
