Arrive early to participate in pre-game contests and drawings. Join Rayz Head Coach, Ken McRae, current and former Rayz stars including Jason Baird and Dave Gilmore, Rayz staff members and fellow Rayz fans for all the action. The Hurricanes and Oilers are squaring off in the 113th Stanley Cup Finals and both are trying to etch their names in history. The Hurricanes are looking to capture their first cup in franchise history, while the Oilers are trying to break a streak of 12 straight American based teams winning the cup, and win their first championship since 1990. In a stunning comeback, the Hurricanes scored four third period goals on Monday night to take Game One of the series. The teams will meet for Game Two on Wednesday night. The Rayz encourage all sports fans to attend Saturday Night's Stanley Cup Finals Party at Beamer's. Beamer's is located on Staples St. between Holly and Wooldridge and is the home of great food, drinks and the Corpus Christi Rayz Coach's Radio Show.
The Corpus Christi Rayz are currently in preparation for their ninth season of professional hockey. The Rayz will begin play at the American Bank Center in October of 2006. Season ticket packages and corporate sponsorship opportunities are currently available. For more information, please call the Rayz at (361) 814-PUCK or log on to www.ccrayz.com.
