Red Wings Announce 2013 Television Broadcast Schedule

(Rochester, NY ) -- Time Warner Cable SportsChannel will air almost 50 Rochester Red Wings games during the 2013 season, the Red Wings announced today. All games can be seen on TWC SportsChannel digital cable 26/215, digital cable HD 1026, and digital cable on demand channel 214. Currently, the Wings have 46 games scheduled for broadcast and are likely to add a few more.
The current broadcast schedule includes 13 road games - including Opening Day, April 4 in Buffalo - so fans can follow the Wings while they are away from Frontier Field. The TV schedule will also feature 10 of the 13 Red Wings International League opponents this season.
A special Spring Training Edition of Red Wings Insider - complete with footage and interviews from the Twins spring training home in Ft. Myers, Fla. - will air on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel this week leading up to Opening Day. The half-hour episode can be seen on Tuesday, April 2 at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 3 at 2:30 p.m. and Thursday, April 4 at 1:30 p.m. Thursday's episode will directly precede coverage of the Red Wings Opening Day game against Buffalo at 2:00 p.m.
