Outlaws Sign IFL Great QB Charles McCullum

The Billings Outlaws would like to introduce the all-time leading passer in IFL history Charles McCullum to the organization. Charles was with the Spokane Shock in 2021 and broke the IFL all-time leading passing record which was held by former Billings Outlaws QB Chris Dixon.
In 2016-2017 Charles McCullum was the IFL Offensive MVP for the Wichita Falls Nighthawks. In 2018 with the Carolina Cobras, he won a NAL Championship as McCullum bested the league in Passing Yards (3,310), Passing TDs (87), Pass Completions (296), Total Offense Yards (3,392), and Total Offense TDs (94). In 2019 he was the MVP in the NAL for the Carolina Cobras. He topped the NAL in Passing Yards (2883), Passing TDs (66), Total Offense Yards (3007), and Total Offense TDs (74).
