Hitmen Hire Cass Bruni as Assistant General Manager

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Hitmen are pleased to announce the hiring of Cass Bruni as Assistant General Manager.
Cass Bruni came to the Calgary Hitmen in 2017, serving as their video coach until 2020 before transitioning to the team's scouting staff for the past four seasons. Bruni has a Chemical Engineering Degree and Law Degree, and is currently working as Vice President, Global Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets.
"Cass has been a valuable member of the Hitmen organization over the past seven seasons and has gained insight through his roles and contributions. His experience in business and law combined with his hockey passion and knowledge will be a valuable asset for the Hitmen" said Calgary Hitmen Vice President Mike Moore.
"I am thrilled to be joining the Hitmen, as we continue to pursue a WHL and Memorial Cup Championship. I would like to thank CSEC ownership, John Bean, and Mike Moore for giving me this tremendous opportunity." said Cass Bruni.
Bruni has worked with the Hitmen as Video Coach and Alberta Scout for the past seven seasons. He officially begins his position with the Hitmen on August 1st.
Next up for the Calgary Hitmen is the 2024 WHL U.S. Priority Draft and the 2024 WHL Prospects Draft taking place on May 8th and 9th respectively.
