
Halifax Rainmen Sign NBL Canada's Top Scorer and All Star MVP

The Halifax Rainmen are pleased to announce the signing of the National Basketball League of Canada's 2011-12 leading scorer, and All Star MVP, Brandon Robinson, to their roster.
Robinson, a six-foot-five, 185lb guard led all scorers in the NBL Canada last season, averaging 19.9 points per game.
"We are extremely excited to sign a player of this caliber," said Halifax Rainmen President & CEO, Andre Levingston. "Brandon will make the game easier for other players because he's such an offensive threat. He scores in so many ways. Last season he proved why he was one of the best players in our league as a rookie."
Brandon played two years at Clayton State a Division 2 school before joining the Oshawa Power last season.
"I am glad to be part of the Rainmen organization," stated Robinson. "I have spoken with Mr. Levingston on numerous ocassions and we see eye to eye on many things.This season is going to be big for the organization. Thanks to all the fans and supporters, and go Rainmen!"
