Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today that they have signed defenseman Anders Eriksson to a Professional Tryout Agreement. "Anders is another veteran defenseman that brings a tremendous amount of experience to our blueline," said Falcons President and General Manager Bruce Landon. "Not only does Anders bring NHL experience to our lineup, but he has also been a very steady defenseman at the AHL level as well."
Eriksson has played in 225 career AHL games collecting 19 goals and 104 assists for 123 points and 259 penalty minutes spending time with the Adirondack Red Wings, St. John's Maple Leafs and Syracuse Crunch.
