Drillers promotion update

As many of you know, we have had some issues on several of our promotional giveaways this season and we wanted to apologize again for any inconvenience and update all of our fans as to the status of the rescheduled events:
Scott Podsednik Bobblehead Dolls - Originally scheduled for Friday April 14. Due to a special request by the sponsor of that giveaway item, we were forced to reschedule this event. This item is now scheduled to be given away on Friday, June 23. There will be a post-game fireworks display after the game that night, too.
Beach Towel Night - This promotion was originally scheduled for last Saturday, May 13. Due to issues out of our control, the towels that were promoted in our TV spot were not delivered on time for us to distribute on the 13th. They were delayed in shipping. To our manufacturer's credit, they did as best they could to rush an alternate towel to us in 48 hours so that we had something for fans last Saturday night. While we realize that the towels we gave out were in no way of the quality that we promoted, we felt it was a good gesture from our manufacturer to make sure the first 1,500 fans did not leave empty handed. Those fans also received a voucher good for the originally planned Beach Towel giveaway. If you received one of those vouchers, please come by the Drillers office between May 26 & July 1 and you will receive the original beach towel on top of the one that was already given. You do not need to come to another game or buy another ticket to receive the towel, just bring your voucher to our offices. You already did your part last Saturday Night!
Drillers Cap Night - This promotion was scheduled for Friday, April 28 but was cancelled due to the Rain Out that night. This giveaway has been re-scheduled for Wednesday, June 28.
We apologize for the delay in getting these rescheduled dates finalized and want you all to know that we pride ourselves in putting on excellent, high quality, promotions and that the issues that we have had this season make no one feel worse than us. On each occasion we have attempted to come up with alternatives (T-Shirts on 4/14 and alternate towels on 5/13) to make the best of the situation. A great deal of thought is put into how to handle each and every detail.
