New Jersey 6, Quebec 2 (New Jersey leads series, 1-0)

The New Jersey Jackals take game one of the best-of-seven championship series with a 6-2 win over the Quebec Capitales. New Jersey got solid production from their entire lineup as they collected 11 hits with four players having multi-hit games. Jackals 1B Francisco Caraballo went 2-for-5 at the plate with a triple, a home run, two runs scored and three RBI. New Jersey 3B Nick Giarraputo had two hits with a run scored and a RBI while 2B Angel Berroa launched a home run in a 2-for-3 game. Jackals starting Isaac Pavlik notched the victory as he allowed an unearned run on four hits with five strikeouts in six innings pitched.
