American Idol's William Hung coming to Holman

(Nashua, NH, June 1) Nashua Pride officials announced today that American Idol's William Hung will be performing at Historic Holman Stadium to entertain the fans for two special days on Tuesday, June 6th at 7:05 p.m. and Wednesday, June 7th at 11:05 a.m. Hung will sing three songs at each game and judge the new on-field promotion, Battle of the Bullpen Karaoke.

The Tuesday game will be the Pride's first Ladies Night of the season with lots of fun promotions planned for on and off the field. Every female coming to the ballpark for a Tuesday game will receive a two for one entry voucher.

In addition to the Ladies Night promotion, the Pride would also like to announce that Wednesday will be a Lunch Break at the Ballpark promotion. Every fan has the opportunity to purchase a game ticket, hamburger or hotdog, soda, chips and ice treat - all for $10.00 for the early 11:05 a.m. start on June 7th.

The Pride head to Lynn, MA this upcoming weekend to face off against the North Shore Spirit in a four-game series. If fans want to keep in touch with the club, don't forget to tune into WSMN 1590 AM in Nashua. All of the Pride's weekend away games will broadcast by the voice of Ken Cail and fans can also listen online by logging onto http://www.wsmnradio.com. The away games available on WSMN this season are June 3, 4, 17, 18, 24, 25; July 8, 9, 22, 23; August 5, 6, 19, 20; September 2, 3.

The Nashua Pride, entering their first year of play in the Canadian American Association of Professional Baseball, play their home games at Historic Holman Stadium. Prior to joining the Can-Am League, the Pride played for eight seasons in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, winning the 2000 Atlantic League championship.
