Setta Named CFL Special Teams Player Of The Week

Hamilton, Ontario - The Hamilton Tiger-Cats would like to congratulate kicker/punter Nick Setta for being named the Canadian Football League's Special Teams Player of the Week.

Setta was perfect on three field goal attempts and averaged 47.3 yards on seven punts during the Ticats loss to the Alouettes last Saturday.

The Notre Dame product currently leads the CFL with an 83.3% field goal completion percentage having successfully kicked 20 of his 24 attempts. Setta is averaging 41.5 yards per punt.

Setta and the Ticats host the Toronto Argonauts on Monday, September 3 in the annual Labour Day Classic game at Ivor Wynne Stadium. Kick-off is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. For tickets, call the Ticats sales staff at 905-547-CATS (2287).
