Bowie Baysox Make Player Moves

BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox announce a number of roster moves today. OF Antoan Richardson was transferred to Triple-A Norfolk from Bowie and OF Steven Bumbry and INF Mike Flacco were transferred to Bowie from Advanced-A Frederick. With the moves, the Baysox have 25 active players on the 25-man roster and six players on the Disabled List.
Richardson was batting a team-high .313 (20-64) at the time of his promotion. He also had a team-high .429 OBP and was second on the team with five stolen bases in six attempts.
Bumbry has not yet appeared in a game this season. He hit .245 with 26 doubles and 37 RBIs in 109 games with Frederick in 2011.
Flacco is batting .258 (16-62) in 20 games with Frederick this season. He has recorded three doubles, five RBIs and four stolen bases.
