Falcons Set for Equipment Sale this Saturday

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today they will be hosting their annual Equipment Sale at the MassMutual Center from 8 am - 1 pm on Saturday, April 28. Individuals attending are encouraged to enter the MassMutual Center through the Falcons Business Office located adjacent to the main box office, at the corner of Falcons Way and Dwight Street.

Items available at this year's equipment sale will be an assorted number of game used sticks, player game socks, pants/shells, gloves, practice jerseys and helmets. The Falcons will also be offering a 25% discount on all of their regular priced merchandise just for the sale on April 28.

The Falcons official mascot "Screech" will also be making the community relations tour on Saturday as he visits three separate community events throughout the Pioneer Valley. "Screech" will visit a kid's fun run benefitting the Wolf Swamp Road School PTA starting at 10 am, followed by a trip to the Springfield YMCA and their kid's healthy day from 12 noon-1pm, followed by a visit to the New Invitational Sled Hockey Tournament starting at 2:30 pm at Amelia Park Ice Arena in Westfield.

Ticket packages for the 2012-13 season are on sale and can be purchased by calling the Falcons Office at 413-739-GOAL. The Falcons offer a variety of flexible ticket options including: full season plans, 22-game packages, 14-game plans and 7-game packages. Each package includes flexible payment plans and exclusive invites to special events held throughout the season.
