Round Rock Express News Release
ROUND ROCK, Texas - The Round Rock Express return to The Dell Diamond to open an eight-game home stand with the Salt Lake Bees (Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim). The Salt Lake series runs Wednesday through Saturday with the Tacoma series Sunday through Wednesday.
Round Rock will enter the home stand with at least an eight-game lead in the Pacific Coast League's American Southern Division. The Express posted the league's best July, going 18-11 despite the season's longest losing streak to date (four games). Salt Lake currently is in last place of the PCL's Pacific Northern Division, while Tacoma is second in that division.
Tickets are available through the Express ticket office at 512.255.2255 or online at www.RoundRockExpress.com
Friday's game will be broadcast live on YNN Sports Austin, available on Time Warner Cable channel 408 / HD 1509. Saturday's game will be broadcast on KBVO-TV Austin, available on Time Warner Cable HD channel 1525, DirecTV channel 51, AT&T Uverse channel 7 (HD 1007), Grande channel 18 (HD 318), Suddenlink channel 15 (HD 725) and Northland Cable 97. In-stadium fireworks will continue following Friday games. The burn-ban safe display, sponsored by Bud Light and Pyrotecnico, will be shot from the Dell Diamond playing surface. The show uses 1.4G-rated pyro effects that provide a high-energy display built to a scale conducive to being fired within the confines of the stadium.
The St. David's Round Rock Express Summer Concert Series presented by Dell returns Saturday night. Jonathan Tyler and the Northern Lights will take the stage for the final postgame concert of the season.
