Seattle Mountaineers News Release

The Mountaineers have signed Kennie Eberhart, 6-4 guard from Benedict College for the 2011-2012 ABA season. Eberhart was a Pre-season All SIAC D-II conference selection. He averaged 13 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists for Benedict College(SC). Benedict has played in the NCAA D-II playoffs the last 2 years.

" What we get in Kennie is a very solid player that does more on the floor than his stats indicate. Benedict's Coach Fred Watson was so high on Kennie and his abilities I made a special trip to South Carolina to see Kennie play and was impressed. Kennie is not only an outstanding basketball player but is also a solid person of character. He will do well in our program", stated Mountaineer Coach Sims.
