Jeremy Lin Recalled by Warriors

RENO, Nev.- The Golden State Warriors recalled Jeremy Lin from the Reno Bighorns of the NBA Development League today, ending Lin's second assignment of the 2010-11 season.

Lin appeared in 12 games (eight starts) with Reno during his most recent assignment. Reno went 8-4 during Lin's second assignment, including its current four-game winning streak. While Lin has been on the Bighorns' roster this season, Reno compiled a 10-6 record.

Only first or second year players are eligible to be assigned to the D-League, and they can be assigned a maximum of three times per season.

In 16 games this season with Reno, Lin averaged 17.9 points per game, 5.6 rebounds per game and 4.7 assists per game. His 2.2 steals per game tied him for fourth in the NBA D-League. Lin's 17.9 ppg were good for a tie for 10th in the league.

Lin will be active when Golden State plays host to the Chicago Bulls tonight inside Oracle Arena.

The Bighorns play at Idaho tonight at 6 p.m. PT. The game can be seen live via NBA Futurecast at nba.com/dleague. Reno returns home on Friday, Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. against the Ft. Wayne Mad Ants.
