Esks Sign Adarius Bowman

(Edmonton) The Edmonton Eskimos have signed import wide receiver Adarius Bowman, the club announced today.
Appearing in 15 games (12 starts) for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2010, Bowman compiled 50 catches for 691 yards, placing him in second on the team in both categories. He sat in fourth on the team in receiving touchdowns with three. The Oklahoma State graduate was released from the Bombers on October 20, 2010. Originally signing with the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2008, the Tennessee native was traded to Winnipeg for the 2009 season where he started in 15 games, missing four due to injury. Adarius has accumulated a career total of 128 receptions for 1,974 yards and 12 touchdowns.
