Falcons Team With Bertelli's

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced they have teamed up with Bertelli's Skate Shop in West Springfield and CCM/Rbk Hockey to provide one lucky youngster with a Hockey Equipment Scholarship.
The Bertelli's Hockey Equipment Scholarship promotion will work the following way: Youth Hockey players in the age bracket of 7-14 will be eligible to sign-up to win a $10.00 skate sharpening certificate each month during the 2007-08 season with all winners automatically entered to win the Equipment Scholarship Grand Prize.
"Bertelli's Skate Shop has been a great partner of the Falcons and this program is one of a kind," said Falcons Assistant to the General Manager Carole Appleton. "Anything we can do to help promote kids playing youth hockey, we will do and we are excited this program is returning."
GSL participants can sign-up at Bertelli's Skate Shop in West Springfield, Amelia Park Ice Arena in Westfield, Fitzpatrick Arena in Holyoke, Cyr Arena and Smead Arena in Springfield, and also at the Community Relations table at Falcons home games.
