Southern League Announces 2007 South Division All-Star Team

MARIETTA, GA - The Southern League of Professional Baseball Clubs has announced the South Division roster for the 2007 Southern League All-Star Game, which is scheduled for July 9 at Trustmark Park in Pearl, MS. Players were selected by a vote of Southern League field managers, radio broadcasters, general managers and print media. All players on Southern League rosters as of June 11 were eligible for the game.

The 2007 South Division All-Star team is listed by position alphabetically as follows:

The Southern League will announce starting lineups for the North Division on July 2 and starting lineups for the South Division on July 3.

The following players were named to the South Division All-Star team but will be unable to participate due to a promotion received after voting began or selection to the Futures Game, which is scheduled for July 8 in San Francisco.
