New Broadcast Home For The Long Island Lizards

New York, NY, June 19, 2007 - FSN New York announced today that the network will be the new broadcast home of Major League Lacrosse team the Long Island Lizards. The network will televise four live home games, below is a complete broadcast schedule. Carl Reuter will call the play-by-play for the games and Sal LoCascio will provide commentary.
The Lizards will join a strong line-up of professional sports teams airing on FSN New York and MSG, including the New York Knicks, Rangers, Islanders, Devils, Sabres, Liberty and Red Bulls. MSG and FSN NY are the leading local television networks for lacrosse, with coverage on the high school, college, and now professional level. The network's lacrosse coverage also includes the weekly "Aéropostale LAX Report" and the "Pontiac High School LAX Game of the Week presented by Warrior." In May, FSN NY also aired the NCAA Division I men's lacrosse quarterfinals.
"FSN NY and MSG are the networks to watch in New York for lacrosse coverage, and we are excited to add the Lizards to our already extensive line-up of lacrosse programming and games," stated Lydia Murphy-Stephans, executive vice president of programming and production for MSG Media. "Between our two networks, we will now serve as the broadcast home for a leading eight professional sports teams in the New York area."
