Argos To Ring In New Football Season With Annual Fan Day

Toronto - The true driving force behind the Toronto Argonauts Football Club has always been its fans. With the Argos season opener on June 28 nearing, the club will ring in the new campaign by welcoming fans to the 2007 edition of Argos Fan Day on Saturday, June 16.

Fan Day is a unique opportunity for Argos supporters to come out and watch North America's oldest professional sports franchise prepare for the upcoming season. It also allows fans the chance to meet, mingle and get autographs from their favourite Argos players and coaches.

In addition, THE FAN 590's Mike Hogan will emcee the festivities, with special guests, and the Blue Thunder Cheerleaders will perform throughout the day. Fans can also enjoy food, music, games, prizes and merchandise that will be available for sale.
