Westbrook To Start For The Captains On Wednesday

Eastlake, OH) - Cleveland Indian starting pitcher Jake Westbrook is expected to make a start for the Lake County Captains on Wednesday June 13th at Classic Park against the Delmarva Shorebirds. This will be the third rehab start for the Tribe's right hander who is coming back from a strained left abdominal muscle. Westbrook was placed on the disabled list on May 3rd after leaving the game on May 2nd against Toronto in the 2nd inning. He has had rehab starts in Buffalo and Akron.
The game time Saturday is 12:05pm and gates open at 11:00am. Tickets can be purchased at the Classic Park box office, by phone at 440-954 WINS or on line at captainsbaseball.com.
The Lake County Captains are the Class A Affiliate of the Cleveland Indians and play their home games at Classic Park in Eastlake at the corners of State Route 91 and Vine Street.
