
Lambin signs with Mudcats

Carolina Mudcats News Release
Zebulon, NC --- The Florida Marlins have announced one player transaction affecting their Double-A affiliate Carolina Mudcats.
IF Chase Lambin has been signed to a free agent contract and assigned to the Mudcats, and will be in uniform for this afternoon's game against the Chattanooga Lookouts.
Lambin was drafted in 2002 from Louisiana-Lafayette by the New York Mets, reaching Triple-A Norfolk in 2005 and 2006.
