WILKES-BARRE, PA - Goaltender Andrew Penner has been reassigned by the Pittsburgh Penguins to the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL), it was announced on Thursday.

Penner, 24, has appeared in 28 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton this season, posting an 18-7-1 record with three shutouts and a 2.91 goals against average.
