
Sundogs Back into Sixth Playoff Spot after Winning Week

Arizona Sundogs News Release
The Arizona Sundogs are in the stretch run of their Inaugural Season and are pushing for their first-ever CHL post-season. After three wins at home at Tim's Toyota Center against Southwest Division opponents this past week, the Sundogs currently sit in the Southern Conference's sixth and final playoff spot, one point ahead of the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees and one point back of fifth place, the Austin Ice Bats.
On Wednesday, February 14 the Sundogs faced off against Southwest Division leading Amarillo. In an offensive game that saw Cory Stillman and Dmitri Leonov both collecting hat tricks, the Arizona Sundogs skated away with a 7-5 victory to start the six-game home stand.
On Friday, February 16 the Odessa Jackalopes came to Prescott Valley for a two-game weekend series. The Sundogs would collect six goals while Odessa would only manage two in the contest. Arizona would have 12 power play chances but only convert on two. Sundogs' goalie Kris Mayotte would get his second win in as many starts after his return from IR.
Saturday night would see the same score as Friday night's tilt as the Sundogs would skate past Odessa 6-2. The Sundogs' offense would continue to thrive this time converting on 80% of their power play chances going an eventual 4-for-5 with the man advantage.
In the first three games at home in the month of February the Sundogs have tallied 19 goals while only allowing
9. The Sundogs have three more games at home in the month of February before heading on the road for seven. After playing its first seven games on the road, the Northern Arizona club will play its last six at Tim's Toyota Center in Prescott Valley.

Sundogs Season Ticket Holders: Skate with the Team
Attention Sundogs season ticket holders and corporate partners, the Arizona Sundogs have announced two dates for post-game skate with the team events.
The two post-game skate with the team events will be held on Tuesday, February 20 and Wednesday, March 14 and each event is limited to the first 250 season ticket holders and corporate partners to sign up.
Prescott Valley Parks and Recreation will be available to rent skates to fans who need them and any fans that have their own skates are encouraged to bring them. To register fans must call the Arizona Sundogs offices in advance to reserve their spot. For more information please call (928) 772-5555.

Arizona Sundogs History: Three Hat Tricks in One Week
Forwards Cory Stillman and Dmitri Leonov made Arizona Sundogs history on Wednesday, February 14 as both players grabbed hat tricks in the 7-5 win.
Leonov added three assists to his three goals to complete a six-point performance.
Just three games earlier Brent Kelly collected the first hat trick in Sundogs history in a 5-2 win vs. the Laredo Bucks in Laredo, Texas.

Sundogs Raise $41,000 in Valentine's Day Jersey Auction
Fans, the Arizona Sundogs would like to thank everyone who participated in the live jersey auction after the Sundogs' Valentine's Day game on Wednesday. February
14.
The Sundogs raised $41,000 for the Arizona Sundogs Foundation in our biggest jersey auction to date.
In three jersey auctions this season, the Sundogs have raised over $75,000 for charity.
The Sundogs are panning one more jersey auction this season on Saturday, March 17. The team will sport special St. Patrick's Day-themed jerseys. It is the organization's goal to surpass the $100,000 mark in money raised for charity. Check back for more info.
