Chiefs' January visit to Reading rescheduled

Johnstown, PA (August 21, 2006) - The Johnstown Chiefs announced today a change in the scheduling of a single road game following the release of the National Basketball Association schedule which affected the availability of Charlotte Bobcats Arena, home of the Checkers of the ECHL and the Bobcats of the NBA.
The road game originally scheduled for Friday, January 26, 2007 at 7:05 p.m. at Reading has been rescheduled for Sunday, November 12, 2006 at 4:35 p.m.
The Johnstown Chiefs, "AA" affiliate of the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning, begin their 19th season as a member of the ECHL on October 21, 2006 at the Cambria County War Memorial in downtown Johnstown against the Pensacola Ice Pilots. Season tickets are currently on sale and may be purchased by calling (814) 539-1799.
