Lynx announce changes to 2006-07 season schedule

Augusta, GA - The Augusta Lynx announced eight changes to their 2006-07 schedule following the release of the National Basketball Association schedule which affected the availability of Charlotte Bobcats Arena, home of the Checkers of the ECHL and the Bobcats of the NBA.
No home game dates will be affected by the changes, only opponents. Some road game dates have changed.
The following home games are affected, with the new opponents shown:
October 21 vs. Gwinnett
December 1 vs. Columbia
December 31 vs. Charlotte
March 3 vs. Charlotte
The following road games are affected as shown:
December 29 @ Charlotte will now be played Sunday, April 1
January 20 @ Charlotte will now be played Saturday, November 11
January 15 @ Gwinnett will now be played Monday, November 6
February 21 @ Charlotte will now be played Thursday, March 6
Augusta will open the season Friday, October 20 and Saturday, October 21 at 7:35 pm, and full and partial season packages are on sale now along with group tickets and single game seats. Call the Lynx office at (706) 724-4ICE for more information or to secure your seat today!
