Crouch promoted to South Bend

South Bend Silver Hawks News Release
The Arizona Diamondbacks have promoted 1B/OF Will Crouch to the South Bend Silver Hawks (Midwest League) effective immediately.
Crouch spent the 2005 season with the Missoula Osprey (Pioneer League), where he hit .282, slugging eight homers and driving in 37 runs in 58 games.
The Texas native signed as a non-drafted free agent in June of 2005 after a collegiate career at the University of Texas and San Jacinto-North Community College.
Last season Crouch was named to the Austin NCAA Regional All-Tournament Team and was one of Texas' top performers during the 2005 postseason, batting a team-best .457, which included a .417 batting mark during the College World Series.
Crouch has not been assigned a number.
