Barons to visit Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital

November 18, 2005 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Cleveland Barons News Release

Members of the Cleveland Barons, along with SlapShark, will spread cheer at the Children's Hospital at the Cleveland Clinic on Monday, November 21 at 2pm.

Team members, along with former hockey sensation Jock Callander, will bring gifts and spend time playing and making arts and crafts with pediatric patients and their families. Members of the media are welcome to attend.

The event will kick-off "This Goal is for the Kids" a ticket sales initiative that will, in part, benefit programs within the Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital. Funds raised will benefit research at the hospital and local families who cannot otherwise afford healthcare.

As part of the program, the Barons are offering ticket packages in three levels. Every package is complete with tickets and added perks and will be recognized at each home game and at the Children's Hospital game on January 8th.
