Wranglers deal Bergin to Florida, Edwardson returns

Las Vegas, NV - The Las Vegas Wranglers announced today the team traded right wing Kevin Bergin to the Florida Everblades for future considerations and center Derek Edwardson was returned from Portland of the American Hockey League.
Edwardson returns from his second stint with Portland, having played in Saturday night's 2-1 win over Lowell. Edwardson picked up an assist in the victory for the Pirates. He is expected to be in uniform tonight against the Fresno Falcons. Edwardson scored three goals in his first three games with Las Vegas.
Bergin played in four games for Las Vegas, registering two assists and 11 penalty minutes.
The Wranglers return to the ice tonight at 7:05 pm against the Fresno Falcons. Las Vegas will then host the Bakersfield Condors at 7:05 pm on Friday, November 11th and Saturday, November 12th. The Wranglers will hand out 5,000 mouse pads prior to the game on November 11th and the Fire and Ice Dance Team will perform on Saturday, November 12. Saturday from 4:00 - 6:00 pm fans may attend the Port of Subs Pre-Game Party in the parking lot of the Orleans Arena.
Wranglers' ticket locations are the Orleans Arena Box Office, Coast Casinos' showroom box offices at The Orleans, Gold Coast, Suncoast and South Coast (opening in 2006) or at the Galleria Mall guest relations/ticket centers.
