Dayton, OH - The Dayton Bombers opened their ECHL schedule going 1-1-0 with a 6-5 loss in Toledo Friday, and a 4-2 win over the Storm on Saturday.

Friday, October 21st @ Toledo - Toledo Storm forward Scooter Smith ended a wild affair Friday night with just 36 seconds left to propel Toledo to a 6-5 opening night win against Dayton. Forward Jay Latulippe recorded 2 goals and 1 assist for the Bombers in the losing effort.

Saturday, October 22nd vs. Toledo - The Dayton Bombers posted a 4-2 victory over the rival Toledo Storm in front of 7,218 at the Ervin J. Nutter Center Saturday night. Goaltender Mike Ayers recorded 45 saves and first star honors for the Bombers in their home-opening night victory.
