Gladiators Training Camp Roster Set

Atlanta Gladiators News Release
The Gwinnett Gladiators announced their roster for training camp that begins tomorrow at the Ice Forum in Duluth.
The Gladiators will open camp with 7 defensemen, 11 forwards and 3 goaltenders on the training camp roster. Twelve of the 21 players attending the Gladiators training camp also attended training camp in the American Hockey League.
Returning players from last season include captain Cam Brown and assistant captain Rick Emmett. In addition, forward Chris Durno attended camp in the American Hockey League with the Peoria Rivermen while Jeff Campbell was in AHL camp with Manitoba. Pascal Pelletier will be back with the Gladiators this year after attending camp with Lowell of the AHL.
Under contract to the Atlanta Thrashers, forward Brad Schell and defenseman Lane Manson have been assigned to the Gladiators from the Chicago Wolves of the AHL.
The Gladiators 2005-06 training camp will run from October 7th through October 20th as the Gladiators prepare for their home opener on October 21st against the Charlotte Checkers at the Arena at Gwinnett Center at 7:35 p.m.
The Gwinnett Gladiators open the 2005-06 ECHL season at the Arena at Gwinnett Center hosting the Charlotte Checkers on October 21st. The Gladiators play all 36 home games at the Arena at Gwinnett Center located on Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth and are the AA affiliate of the Atlanta Thrashers.
