Ak-Sar-Ben Knights Release Five Players

Abbotsford Heat News Release
Omaha, NE - The Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights announced today that they have released forwards Derek Krestanovich, Matt Hubbauer and Petr Jelinek and defensemen Les Borsheim and Dave Van Drunen from their training camp. The Knights now have 32 players on their preseason roster including 8 defensemen, 21 forwards and 3 goalies. The Ak-Sar-Ben Knights will finish their preseason schedule against the Iowa Stars on Sunday, October 2nd in Des Moines at 5:05 p.m.
Tickets for all of the Ak-Sar-Ben Knights' regular season home games are on sale now at the Civic Auditorium box office from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and at all Ticketmaster outlets.
