R-Braves raise over $5,000 for hurricane refief fund

RICHMOND, VA- The Richmond Braves raised over $5,000 for the Hurricane Relief Fund through a silent auction during tonight's game versus Norfolk.
All proceeds will go directly to the American Red Cross Hurricane Relief Fund. When disaster strikes, the Red Cross is on the scene providing emergency shelter, food, water and other critical assistance.
The auction featured various baseball memorabilia including a signed jersey by Kyle Davies. The Braves would like to thank everyone who made a contribution.
