Wild Announce Two-Year Extensions for Mendelson, Provincial Scouting Staff
May 15, 2024 - WENATCHEE, Wash. - The Wenatchee Wild, proud members of the Western Hockey League (WHL), are excited to announce that Director of Scouting Leigh Mendelson has signed a two-year contract extension with the club following the team's successful first run through the WHL's U.S. Priority and Prospects drafts last week. May 9, 2024 - WENATCHEE, Wash. - The Wenatchee Wild are pleased to announce the selection of 13 players in the 2024 Western Hockey League Prospects Draft, held Thursday. May 9, 2024 - WENATCHEE, Wash. - The Wenatchee Wild have announced a trade with the Victoria Royals of the Western Hockey League (WHL), sending 2007-born forward Daniel Morozov to Victoria in exchange for 2007-born forward Grant Reid. Morozov, who hails from Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, made his WHL debut last season, playing two games for the Wild - his first WHL contest came against the Royals on December 28. May 9, 2024 - WENATCHEE, Wash. - The Wenatchee Wild have announced a trade with the Medicine Hat Tigers of the Western Hockey League (WHL), sending 2006-born defenseman Jonas Woo to Medicine Hat in exchange for 2005-born blueliner Reid Andresen and a third-round selection in the 2025 WHL Prospects Draft.
