Simchuk Announced Projected Players List for 2024-25

May 9, 2024 - Bulls' head coach Craig Simchuk announces his 13 player protected list for the 2024-25 season. Each team in the SPHL is allowed to protect 13 players prior to the upcoming season. When a player is protected, the team retains the player's rights until those rights are released by the team. If a player is unprotected, they will be considered an unrestricted free agent and are allowed to communicate and/or sign with any team in the SPHL. Bulls Grab Nine Season Honors for 2023-24

April 25, 2024 - At the conclusion of the 2023-24 SPHL season, the Birmingham Bulls are recipients of nine league honors including league Most Valuable Player. Carson Rose - Most Valuable Player Rose captured the 2023-2024 Kevin Swider Leading Scorer Award, pacing the SPHL with 65 points. April 25, 2024 - The SPHL on Thursday announced that Carson Rose of the Birmingham Bulls has been selected as the 2023-2024 SPHL Most Valuable Player. Quad City's Matt Ustaski finished second in the balloting. Birmingham's Hayden Stewart Named SPHL Goaltender of the Year

April 23, 2024 - The SPHL on Tuesday announced that Hayden Stewart of the Birmingham Bulls has been named the SPHL Goaltender of the Year in a vote of league coaches, broad- casters, and staff. Stewart led SPHL goaltenders in minutes played (2324:29), while ranking second in wins (26), goals against average (2.14), save percentage (0.925), saves (1,028) and shutouts (four).
