May 9, 2024 - Victoria, B.C. - The Victoria Royals selected 11 players in the 2024 WHL Prospects Draft. Victoria's 11 draft picks were comprised of six forwards, four defencemen, and one goalie. Royals Acquire Daniel Morozov from Wenatchee in Exchange for Grant Reid

May 9, 2024 - Victoria, B.C. - The Victoria Royals have announced the acquisition of 2007-born forward Daniel Morozov from the Wenatchee Wild in exchange for 2007-born forward Grant Reid. Morozov was drafted 92nd overall in the fifth round of the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft by the Winnipeg ICE. Hailing from Port Coquitlam, B.C., Mozorov stands at 5'9" and 165 lbs. May 9, 2024 - Victoria, B.C. - The Victoria Royals have announced the acquisition of 2006-born goaltender Spencer Michnik from the Seattle Thunderbirds in exchange for a conditional seventh round pick in the 2025 WHL Prospects Draft. Standing at 6'2" and 185 lbs., Michnik is coming off his first full season in the WHL where he suited up in 21 games for Seattle posting a 6-9-1 record, with a .868 save percentage and 4.60 GAA.
