July 27, 2023 - The FerryHawks defeated the Gastonia Honey Hunters by a score of 8-3 on Wednesday night in Staten Island. It was quite the pregame as former Yankee and World Series MVP, Hideki Matsui and his Matsui 55 Foundation held a clinic for an exclusive group of Staten Island little leaguers. July 27, 2023 - On Tuesday, Staten Island's Ivan Pineyro took the mound to face the best-hitting lineup in the Atlantic League (.278 team BA). He held the Rockers scoreless once through the lineup but got roughed up for five runs in the third inning, including a three-run home run off the bat of Ryan Grotjohn. July 11, 2023 - The Staten Island FerryHawks are on a roll having won three Atlantic League games in a row. Friday, Staten Island took both games of a doubleheader against the Charleston Dirty Birds, 10-6, and 6-3 to improve to 22-40 at Staten Island University Hospital Community Park.
