Jr. Blues Hire Jon Skarlis as New Assistant Coach
May 7, 2024 - Springfield, Illinois - The Springfield Jr. Blues, proud members of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), are pleased to announce that we have hired Jon Skarlis as our new Assistant Coach for the 2024-25 season. Skarlis, a native of Waterloo, IA, comes to Springfield after serving as the Associate Head Coach of the 2023-24 Dineen Cup Champion South Shore Kings where he oversaw the defensemen and power play units. April 29, 2024 - Springfield, Illinois - The Springfield Jr. Blues, proud members of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), are excited to announce that they have signed forwards Aidan Grant and Brendan Vincent from the Anaheim Jr. Ducks U18 team. Grant, a 6'1" native of California, has a knack for scoring as he tallied 51 goals in 70 games last season with the Ducks. Last season was Aidan's first season with the Ducks. March 27, 2024 - Springfield, Illinois - The Springfield Jr. Blues, proud members of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), are pleased to announce that they have signed forward Brandon Catalano to a tender agreement for the 2024-25 season.
