May 11, 2024 - The Shreveport Mudbugs (4-5) couldn't get much of anything going and fell to the Lone Star Brahmas, 4-0 and lost the South Division Finals series in four games. May 10, 2024 - The Shreveport Mudbugs (4-4) squandered two early powerplay chances and stumbled after that falling to the Lone Star Brahmas, 4-1 in Game 3 of the South Division Finals series at George's Pond in Hirsch Coliseum Friday night. LSB got on the board on their PP at 11:16 of the opening period when Ivan Zadvernyuk threw a shot in front from the left wing which deflected into the net to give the Brahmas a 1-0 edge. May 4, 2024 - The Shreveport Mudbugs (4-3) got edged out by the Lone Star Brahmas dropping a 3-2 decision in Game 2 evening the series, 1-1 at a rowdy Nytex Sports Centre Saturday night. The Brahmas got on the board at 1:40 into the game as Anthony Cappello slapped in a rebound in front for his first goal of the playoffs to give LSB an early 1-0 lead. Heroux Plays Hero In Bugs' Game 1 Victory Over Brahmas In South Division Finals

May 3, 2024 - The Shreveport Mudbugs (4-2) got a pair of goals from Logan Heroux and held off the Lone Star Brahmas, 3-2 to grab Game 1 of the South Division Finals at the Nytex Sports Centre Friday night. The Bugs grabbed the first goal of the series as Carter McKay tipped home his first goal of the playoffs in front to give SHV an early 1-0 lead at 8:18.
