Storm Announce Tenth Annual Toy Drive Benefiting Seattle Children's
May 16, 2024 - SEATTLE - The Seattle Storm is excited to host its tenth annual Toy Drive benefiting Seattle Children's. Between May 16 and May 25, fans can donate toys or make financial contributions supporting children undergoing medical treatment via the official campaign page. During the 2023 Toy Drive, the Seattle Storm helped raise over $8,750 for Seattle Children's and donated over 500 toys through fan contributions and team engagement. May 15, 2024 - SEATTLE - Nneka Ogwumike had no trouble finding the hoop in her Seattle Storm debut on Tuesday night. But most of her teammates had a much tougher time. Ogwumike scored 20 points on 10-of-18 shooting, but the Minnesota Lynx went on an 11-0 run early in the fourth quarter and beat the Storm in the WNBA opener for both teams in Climate Pledge Arena, 83-70.
