June 25, 2016 - ROME, GA - After a slow start out of the gates from the All-Star break, the Charleston RiverDogs found a second wind, picking up their first win of the second half in an 8-5 victory over the Rome Braves on Saturday night at State Mutual Stadium. RiverDogs Blasted by Braves, Open Second Half with 12-3 Loss in Rome

June 23, 2016 - ROME, GA - With the ball carrying on a hot, humid night in Georgia, the Charleston RiverDogs found themselves on the wrong end of a slug fest, falling 12-3 to the Rome Braves to open the second half of the season at State Mutual Stadium. Rome (28-42) pounded out 17 hits, the most allowed by the RiverDogs' top ranked pitching staff this season in the second biggest blowout loss of the year.
